2.2 A binding contract forms when you receive a confirmation email following your order.
2.3 If a Service becomes unavailable after your purchase, you’ll receive a refund for the unavailable portion.
2.4 Terms in force are those posted at the time of your order.
2.5 If you purchase via a custom arrangement (not directly on the website), these terms still apply where relevant.
2.6 Any owed refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

3.2 You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3.3 Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
4. Pricing, Payment & Service Delivery
4.1 Prices may change. If updated, services won’t proceed without your consent to the new price.
4.2 Recurring payments may be processed automatically from your payment method on file.
4.3 Services are billed monthly, annually, or per purchase depending on the plan.
4.4 Delivery may be via email, platform login, downloadable files, or direct service delivery.
4.5 If we cannot provide services within 10 days, we’ll notify you with revised timelines.
4.6 You may cancel subscriptions with 30 days’ notice, provided under 15% of content has been accessed. Charges will continue through the notice period.
4.7 We may modify or update service features; you’ll be notified via email or our platform.
4.8 If service changes materially affect your experience, you may terminate your subscription.
4.9 If you fail to take required actions for a service update, we reserve the right to suspend service.
4.10 Accounts and services are non-transferable and may not be shared.
4.11 Course access is lifetime for purchased content. Community support access is available for 12 months unless renewed.
4.12 Service interruptions due to maintenance or factors outside our control do not warrant refunds. Advance notice will be given where possible.
5. Performance Guarantee (If Offered)
This section only applies if we offer a results-based guarantee.
5.1 We may offer guarantees contingent on active participation and meeting clearly stated criteria (e.g., outreach levels, call attendance, activity tracking).
5.2 Full or partial refunds may be issued if results are not achieved and conditions are fully met. Proof of execution (e.g., screen recordings, activity logs) will be required.
5.3 Abuse of the guarantee or failure to meet required steps will void eligibility.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if under 15% of the content has been consumed.
6.2 Refunds do not apply where full course content has been viewed or downloaded.
6.3 Refunds will override future access and community membership.

7. International Use
7.1 If outside the EEA or UK, you are responsible for complying with your country’s laws and taxes.

15. Indemnity
